WeDoIT Oy and QFIX Oy have combined their expertise and strength on 1.8.2019.

Our IT support business has been transferred to QFIX Oy and at the same time, our company has become a shareholder of QFIX Oy.


 
Our business is to plan, supply, install and support information systems (networks, servers, workstations, operating systems, and system software) of companies and communities.

When your time is limited or your economical resources are preventing you from employing a dedicated IT Support person then the right solution is our IT Support Service.

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT

In the service agreement of the Continuous support there is a clause guaranteeing the commencing of any service, repair or other support action on weekdays between 8.00 and 16.00 hours within eight working hours from the service call.
Due to our service guarantee we will give compensation in the case we are unable to arrive at the customer premises in a given time.

  • We will charge monthly in advance the price of the service coverage agreed upon. The monthly charge will cover in addition to the labour also two to four travels to the primary project.
  • Working hours exceeding the coverage of the agreement will be charged monthly afterwards in an accordance to our price list in force.
  • In the case there will be more travels to the primary project in a month than agreed or there are secondary projects elsewhere then we will charge monthly afterwards for the each travel in an accordance to our price list in force

In the scope of the Continuous support service agreement we will also carry out preventive support work in the case the monthly hours of the agreement have not been fully used, and the work in question would be carried out in near future anyhow.

The scope of the agreement will be revised after every six months period or as the need arises.

STANDBY SUPPORT

In the service agreement of the Standby support there is a clause guaranteeing the commencing of any service, repair or other support action on weekdays between 8.00 and 16.00 hours within eight working hours from the service call.

  • For the standby we will charge monthly in advance.
  • The working hours will be charged monthly afterwards in an accordance to our price list in force.
  • The traveling allowance will be charged monthly afterwards in an accordance to our price list in force.

The scope of the agreement will be revised after every six months period or as the need arises.

ONE TIME SUPPORT

In the case of One time support service agreement we will commence the work when it suits our schedule (work for our contract customers will always be carried out first).

  • The working hours for the installation activities will be charged monthly afterwards in an accordance to our price list in force.
  • The working hours for the support activities will be charged monthly afterwards in an accordance to our price list in force.
  • Work to be done in urgent will increase the hourly charge by 11 € and in addition to that there will be an one time charge
  • The traveling allowance will be charged monthly afterwards in an accordance to our price list in force.
